For this product we source honey from Northwest Washington beekeepers, and then after cool smoking this honey, the flavor is imbued with rich bonfire notes. At a crossroads between sweet and savory, it is equally suited for desserts, barbecues, roasting and maybe even breakfast. This honey will crystallize. Don't fret.
