This inner tube saddle bag takes the cycling industry's tube waste stream full cycle by turning tubes into an under set bag designed to hold a new bike tube, patch kit, pump and tools. Secured with a wide neoprene wrap around strap, this bag does not vibrate like other bags, making it a solid and secure tool for the trail.
