It is a skin conditioner with natural extracts.
Richardson Bay Spray develops its fragrance from the botanical extracts we add through aqueous infusion, the process of steeping natural extracts like tea, and infusing them into our base formula.
They not use solvents, which destroy the value of the botanicals in the process. Instead they use the same cold filtering process used to develop Grapeseed extracts for their Appellation products.
