OK: before you ask, we already did: "Why, if the original Hardcore Hammer is a milled face AND a smooth face hammer in one, would we make a smooth face hammer?" Well, because there are different hammers for different pounding needs. While we feel that the original Hardcore Hammer is the best framing hammer ever made, we know that lots of guys out there swing hammers as a daily part of their job, yet almost never need them for driving nails.
